When you have lost someone and then go through the lowest lows of grief and then someone close to you loses someone, you know what’s ahead for them. That can leave you feeling triggered. It can stir up those hard emotions. You want to be supportive, but you also have to take care of yourself, too. In this episode, Christina and Meghan share some recent losses they’ve experienced and how it reawoken some of the hard emotions for them, but not without laughter and Meghan forgetting we did a whole freakin’ episode on this already.
